Delgado, best Latin American of the thirty-seventh day in the ACB – Basketball

Madrid, May 22 (EFE) .- The Dominican of Movistar Estudiantes, Ángel Delgado, was chosen as the best Latin American player of the thirty-seventh day of the Endesa League after his outstanding performance in the narrow defeat of his team against San Pablo Burgos (82 -88), which brings him to seventh place in the general classification of this trophy organized by the EFE Agency and the ACB.

The pivot received this award, for the third time this season, thanks to his 16-point card and 14 rebounds (5 of them in attack) in the 32 minutes he was on the floor. He also recovered a ball, placed a stopper and forced 8 personal fouls, which earned him a final rating of 28 credits.

On this penultimate round of the regular league, Delgado scored 12 points ahead of Barça’s Argentine, Leandro Bolmaro (7) and Iberostar Tenerife’s Brazilian, Marcelinho Huertas (3).

In the general classification, Huertas, with 138 points, easily dominates the Cuban from San Pablo Burgos, Jasiel Rivero (85), second, and the Argentine from Real Madrid, Nico Laprovittola, third with 72.
