An intense weekend has just ended, which saw the Avigliana Rebels teams take to the field in the baseball and softball championships.
Baseball games lead to victories in U15 (5-1 at Cairese) and U18 (12-1 at Athletics at Parini in Novara), both teams coached by Hector Ferrer, while Luca Costa’s Serie B has obtained an excellent home draw against Codogno (12-9, 4-7), an experienced team that aims at promotion to A. Good performance also in the U12 directed by Paolo Murgia, who loses against the Bees cousins, but with many debuts in the field and good performances of the singles.

Loggia of the U13 formation of Gaetano Labianca with many firsts and with the Softball School project that takes off, Cinzia Banchellini’s U15 is growing, the second consecutive defeat for the first team in the Serie A2 championship arrives.
The performance of Lucca, however, is not negative, considering the many U18s in the field. The season of the pitcher Eleonora Berretta stops, who in Tuscany suffered a hard game injury. Too bad because the call-up for the U18 national team had just arrived. We are sure that “Lola” will see her again on the pitch soon.
The new week started with the news of Anita Girardi’s softball call in Italy U13, so as if to say with the blue, peace is done!
On 2 June we return to the field, the B baseball team will face the difficult away match in Milan against Ares, while the A2 series of
softball will host the cousins of La Loggia in Turin.
