Ceveryone must be able to count on an old friend. Even Vladimir Putin. His name is Arkadi Rotenberg, 69 years old. This is his former judo partner he met at the age of 12 on the tatami mats of a club in Saint Petersburg. He and Putin have never left each other. “I have a lot of friends but very few are really close,” admitted the head of the Kremlin at the start of his presidency in a book entitled First person (So Lonely edition), those have never betrayed me and I have never betrayed them.
