The Cordoba who achieved the sixth promotion of his career with Platense

In the historic promotion to First Division of Platense after 22 years there was a footballer from Córdoba who is something like an “amulet”.

It’s about 31 year old steering wheel Roberto Bochi, which although he was not a starter, entered against Estudiantes de Río Cuarto in the final for the second ascent.

Roberto is a warrior of promotion and built a career based on effort and dedication.

Bochi has a long history of promotion football to his credit and can boast of having achieved several promotions – six.

On his way into soccer he managed to ascend with Nueva Chicago (in 2012 to the National B), with Gimnasia La Plata (in 2013, to the First Division), with Chicago (2014), Riestra (to National B in 2017), Alvarado ( in 2019, to First National) and now with Platense.

Bochi took his first steps in Las Flores, club of the Cordovan Football League.

And early he traveled to Buenos Aires to seek his dream of being a professional player.

There he ended up in Chicago, where he did his training.

He made his professional debut at the Club Atlético Colegiales de la Primera B Metropolitana in 2009. There he played 24 games without scoring goals in the tricolor.

Later, he would return to Chicago and continue his story that now has him living a great joy with Platense.

In the last season of Primera Nacional (before and after the stoppage due to the pandemic), he played 21 games for the Squid and scored one goal.

And yes, Bochi is the lord of promotions …
