OKLAHOMA CITY – Kendrick Williams stood out with 19 points and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Houston Rockets 104-87 on Wednesday in a game where Luguentz Dort injured his left knee.

The Montrealer left with 2:56 left in the first quarter, due to stiff left knee. He missed all five shots in the game, but provided two assists.

The team didn’t have any post-game updates other than to say the organization will know more on Thursday morning.

Dort are third in the Thunder with 12.4 points per game, on average.

A reservist, Williams had 12 points in the first half, which ended with OKC ahead 54-43.

Bazley grabbed 12 rebounds and Diallo added 3 steals.

French Theo Maledon scored six points and six steals, in addition to leading his own with four assists.

A 13-1 push allowed the Thunder (9-11) to finish the third quarter solidly in charge, 81-58.

Mark Daigneault’s men will replay Friday night at home, against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Ontarian Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was absent with a strained left knee.

It wouldn’t be too serious an injury, said Daigneault.

Gilgeous-Alexander leads the Thunder with 21.8 points per game, on average.

Eric Gordon had 22 points for the Rockets, who had earned six straight wins.

Houston was getting by without John Wall, who had an evening of respite.

Giannis triple-double in three quarters of play

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 21 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists despite failing to play a fourth quarter in a 130-110 Milwaukee Bucks win over the Indiana Pacers.

The two-time MVP completed his triple-double in the final minute of the third quarter when he secured his tenth assist on a three-point shot from Bobby Portis in a ten-point push in a row that gave a 34-point lead at the Bucks.

At some point in the fourth quarter, the Bucks had 40 priority points.

Milwaukee has never trailed behind and made 21 of 48 shots for three points in his last game at home before a six-game stint on the road. In their last two games, the Bucks have scored 40 of their 90 three-point attempts.

The Bucks have managed at least 20 three-pointers in five of their 21 games this season. Before this season, the team had achieved the feat only four times in its history in a single campaign.

For Indiana, Domantas Sabonis had his career best game with 33 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. Sabonis stood out in a second straight game with 32 points on Tuesday in the Pacers’ victory over Memphis.
