Bernardo Chamorro, renowned basketball promoter in Pasto, passed away

The teacher stood out for promoting sports practice and raising the name of the Ciudad de Pasto educational establishment, to which he belonged.

The Ciudad de Pasto Municipal Educational Institution is in mourning on account of the death of the renowned sports leader Bernardo Chamorro.

The sad news was confirmed a few moments ago, by teachers from the Educational Institution he represented.

Chamorro, always stood out for raising the name of the educational establishment in the different regional basketball tournaments in which the institution participated.

“We regret to inform that our dear teacher Bernardo rests in the peace of the Lord,” said teachers and colleagues.

Meanwhile, students and former students have expressed multiple messages of condolence for the departure of the renowned leader.

“Excellent person, a great basketball icon, may he rest in peace. A lot of strength for his whole family ”, expressed relatives.
