three matches on the program, including a boss duel between a King and a Freak

Only three meetings are on the program tonight, including an inevitable clash between the Bucks and the Lakers. The battle of titans between two of the biggest teams in the NBA will be followed by two other games that will allow us to end the night in style. We summarize what awaits us!

After a crazy night at nine meetings, we are back to a much smaller program. However, we must expect heavy during the next few hours and schedule the alarm clock for 1:30 with a clash between two heavyweights.

1h30 : Bucks – Lakers : it is the enormous shock of the night. If the schedule is not very busy, this duel between the Bucks of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, and the Lakers of LeBron James and Anthony Davis, will occupy us a good time. Both narrowly beaten in their last game, by the Warriors (113 to 115) for the Angelinos, and by the Nets (123 to 125) for the Bucks, the two teams will want to hit hard in a highly anticipated meeting. Part of Frank Vogel’s rotation, former Deers player Wesley Matthews is not sure he can find his former team on the floor because he is embarrassed by his Achilles tendon. Milwaukee is advancing for the moment in full for this very important confrontation, allowing to gauge its level against the defending champions.

4h00 : Jazz – Pelicans : but who is going to be able to stop Jazz? Donovan Mitchell and his teammates remain on six successes in a row before finding outclassed Pelicans two days ago (118 to 102). Zion Williamson (32 points at 14/19 shooting) will be keen to repeat his performance from the last game, while allowing his team to win if possible. This is the most important after all! It will probably take a completely different Brandon Ingram than two days ago (17 points at 8/18), and other scoring options coming from Lonzo Ball or Eric Bledsoe, to worry a Jazz who walks on the water right now. Everyone is good in their role, which doesn’t quite seem to be the case with the Pels.

4h00 : Warriors – Knicks : Wouldn’t Stephen Curry want to give us a layer with a big performance against the Knicks? The poster has everything to make us think of such a course, but let’s not forget that Tom Thibodeau’s team has learned to defend! Team at the pace (pace of play) slowest in the NBA, the Knicks are in fact the complete opposite of Warriors who run around and send shots from the parking lot. Not at all flamboyant in attack, Thibs’ men are nevertheless the team that has collected the fewest points per game (102.7 on average) since the start of the season. That’s why we want to see the leader in action against a team against which he likes to mark his territory.

We only have three meetings on the schedule in the next few hours, much less than last night. However, we should not denigrate these three beautiful duels that will engage the six teams present on the floors, with a Bucks – Lakers simply unmissable. Come on, coffee and we’ll be there very quickly, I promise!
