Eric Bailly was named the best performer when Manchester United beat Aston Villa in the Premier League. The Ivory Coast player seemed to prove himself.
MU won 2-1 at home to Aston Villa at Old Trafford, Saturday (2/1/2021). Goals from Anthony Martial and Bruno Fernandes were met once by The Villa via Bertrand Traore.
On his official Instagram, MU announced Bailly as the man of the match. The match against Aston Villa is also a sign that the 26-year-old has performed in full for the fourth time.

MU manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, is pleased with Bailly’s increasing performance. He also revealed that the MU squad loved Bailly.
“You could see his physique today, his pace and his courage was second to none,” said Solskjaer on Manchester Evening News.
“He has a style of play that causes him to get injured and maybe even his muscle fibers also cause injuries.”
“You can see how much it means for him, but also for the whole team at the end of the game. Because he is a player who is liked and a grown man in the dressing room.”
“Everyone wants him to play well and know the difficulties he’s going through and we are happy for him,” he added.
Eric Bailly has suffered several injuries until he has only appeared 8 times for United this season. Muscle problems are Bailly’s main distraction this season.
