The Bsquet Girona is rebuilt with the silver base Pedro Barral

Pedro Barral (Ciudad Jardín, 1994) is a new player in the first team of Bàsquet Girona. The Argentine base (1.87 m.) Reaches the Girona discipline after his first European experience, in the second division of France. The new player covers the loss of Dani Garcia, who was recovered by Manresa, the club that had him transferred to Fontajau, last week.

Pedro Barral comes from the ALM Évreux Basket of the French second division. Before arriving in Europe, he developed his entire career in the Obras Basket of the Argentine first division (2011-20). Previously, he had arrived in the South American ensemble at the age of 14 years. His debut with Carles Marco’s team will be on Sunday 7 February against Granada in Fontajau (12pm). Against Alicante, on Tuesday, he will not be able to play because at the time this match was scheduled he had not yet signed (the duel was postponed in December due to cases of covid in the Girona team).

The player has been international with the under-18 and under-19 categories and debuted with the absolute one a year ago.
