Reiwa 3rd year cold training was held

The annual Kodokan cold training that started on January 6th (Wednesday).

The 10-day cold training also reached its final day on January 15th (Friday).

Cold training is by practicing during the coldest hours of the coldest season.

It is done with the purpose of training the mind and body.

It is one of the traditional events that started shortly after the Kodokan was founded and has continued for more than 130 years.

 

The practitioner sweated early in the morning while taking measures against infection.
