Pro League Christmas action brings in 145,000 euros, a record

The twelfth edition of the annual Pro league Christmas campaign saw D1A and D1B players wear a special jersey with the logo of Younited Belgium, the social partner of the Pro League formerly known as the Belgian Homeless Cup, jerseys which were then auctioned off.

The most popular jersey was that of Charles De Ketelaere (Club Bruges), who collected no less than 4,100 euros. He is followed by another Brugeois, Noa Lang, and Ritchie De Laet (Antwerp), whose jerseys were sold for 1,650 euros.

“Thanks to the solidarity of our supporters and partners, Younited can thus strengthen its activities and make our sport a home for people going through difficult times. This is the best conclusion we can draw from this last day of this special year. We would like to thank our supporters, all the clubs, partners and collaborators “, affirms Pierre François, CEO of the Pro League.
