Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy is courted by several NFL teams.
According to what Adam Schefter reported from ESPN, the coach has interviews with the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions on Monday. The Jets are also said to have requested permission from the Chiefs to speak with their coordinator.
Bieniemy had already had interviews last year with the Cleveland Browns and the New York Giants, but they had opted for other options.
The 51-year-old joined the Chiefs’ organization in 2013 and has been in the role for three seasons.
The Chiefs’ offense is formidable in the NFL with the work of quarterback Patrick Mahomes leading the way.
