NBA Great game for the Slovenian in Houston (33 + 16 + 11)
Luka Doncic, who had missed the last game of the Dallas Mavericks for a slight injury, he returned today in a big way to take down the Houston Rockets of James Harden(100-113) with his first triple-double of the season.
The Slovenian scored today 33 points, got 16 rebounds and distributed 11 assists in the 38 minutes that I played.
Doncic has had a start to the season with lights but also with shadows, especially in his toe facing the rim from the perimeter (16% in triples).
Better today its effectiveness from the line of three (3 of 10) and he compensates for it with a remarkable success in the rest of the releases (12 of 25 in total shots), but the negative part of their great night came with the 8 prdidas that he had in attack.

Doncic I did not participate in Sunday’s game in which the Mavericks fell before Chicago Bulls (118-108) due to a blow to his left leg.
His participation in the Texan duel against the Rockets remained in doubt until the end, but it does not seem that the slight injury today affected his performance at all since only in the first quarter he already scored 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
In addition to Doncic, the Mavericks, who now have a balance of 3 wins and 4 losses, today had the brilliant contribution of Tim Hardaway Jr. (30 points with 8 of 10 in triples).
On the part of Rockets they excelled Christian Wood (23 points and 7 rebounds) and James Harden (21 points, 5 of 17 shooting, and 10 assists).

The Mavericks with Doncic at the helm they controlled the game from start to finish against some very erratic Rockets (11 of 40 in triples) that only in very specific moments came close on the scoreboard.
Even so, the set of Houston I arrived with options to the final leg (87-89 with 8 minutes to go in the last quarter), but those of Dallas they remained calm and did not let the victory escape.
The game did not lack any tension and proof of this were the numerous techniques that were whistled, such as those that received Doncic O Harden or the two consecutive ones that sent expelled to the locker room DeMarcus Cousins when the pvot of the Rockets He hadn’t been on the track for three minutes.
