The Bernese Cantonal Championships on Sunday were supplemented by the participation of the regional performance centers in Zurich and Basel with the “RLZ” category. The highlight again this year were the mixed team competitions. All judoka came to 6-7 fights that day. Cantonal Judo Championships 2020 – with a protection concept: Together with the Cantonal Bernese Judo and Ju-Jitsu Association and the Judo Club Biel Nidau, we organized the 2020 Cantonal Championships in the Grentschel gym in Lyss. They were “silent competitions” without spectators. Small pools in strength classes and a well thought-out schedule resulted in short attendance times …. Thanks to all helpers and coaches! It was nice to see our fighters’ hearts shine again. Results Lyss: 5x gold 5x silver 1x bronze @ Lyss, Switzerland
