Waasland-Beveren hires 23-year-old Curaçaoan Jeremy Cijntje until the end of the season from Heracles Almelo. This was reported by the bottom of the league from the JPL.
The left winger flowed from the youth academy of FC Dordrecht to the first team. In September 2019 Cijntje made the switch to Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie. This season he played at Heracles, which is 10th in the rankings, in 7 league games.
“We are happy that Jeremy is taking up the challenge with us,” says sports director Roger Stilz. “It fits perfectly within the profile we were looking for.” Cijntje gets the number 19 and trains for the first time tomorrow.
