Baseball has been well established in bisiacaria territory for decades. Certainly, a lot of credit goes to the passion and skills of the young people but above all to the teaching skills of the managers, the coaches, a great resource of the territory, who technically prepare the future generations of “beat and run” very well.

This consistency of returns and results has meant that the National Federation has included three coaches, two of the Staranzano Ducks and one of the New Black Panthers of Ronchi dei Legionari, in the staff of the youth national teams that next summer will compete in the European championships of category. They will wear the blue of the national team Rolando Cretis, he will be the pitching coach of the Under 23 national team that will play the European Championship in Italy from 24 to 28 August in Verona and San Martino Buon Albergo included in group A with the Czech Republic, France and the United Kingdom.
