The Seoul Metropolitan Government is extending the operating period of the temporary screening laboratory for novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) by four weeks.

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the 17th, the city decided to extend the operation of the temporary screening inspection station, which was scheduled to operate until this day, until the 14th of next month in conjunction with special quarantine measures for the Lunar New Year. However, considering the operational efficiency of each inspection station, 4 out of 56 are integrated into nearby inspection stations, reducing the number of inspection stations to 52. In addition, the inspection office of the indoor badminton court parking lot in Magok, Gangseo-gu will be moved to Magok District 8 public parking lot (728-43 Magok-dong), and the inspection office of Banpo Sports Complex in Seocho-gu will be moved to Yangjae Neighborhood Park (311 Yangjae-dong) from the 18th.

From the 14th of last month to the 14th, the number of citizens who had undergone corona testing at the temporary screening inspection office for 32 days was counted. Of these, 1671 were confirmed as confirmed, and the confirmation rate was 0.31%.
