Being creative and sporty – that works particularly well at the judo club of TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen during the Corona period. The training has been taking place completely online since November last year.

Judo training has changed, it has become more creative. A judo safari or a movement advent calendar have already made the time at home a little more varied for the judokas. And although the sport is actually characterized by contact, judo can also be trained alone. Stuffed sweaters, chairs with judo coats over the backrest or cuddly toys are enough for the kids to create a partner for themselves at home.
The trainers create the ideas for this and for further activities. And so that the judo training continues to be so varied, the judo team at TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusens is already working on new creative ideas from home.
