The draw of the play-off game with 16 teams will be held at the Patrick Baumann Basketball House in Mies, Switzerland at 19.00. Teams that finish first in their groups in the regular season will be in the first bag, and the teams that finish second will be in the second bag. Play-off matches, in which 16 teams in total will compete in 4 groups, will start on March 2-3 and will be completed on April 6-7.
