SARONNO – New success for Giuseppe Rosafio, the athletics and baseball champion from Saronno. In the last weekend he participated in the Italian Paralympic Indoor Athletics Championships.
This is the largest indoor athletics event for the disabled at the tricolor level and which for the seventh consecutive year has the Doric plant of Ancona as its theater, organized in collaboration between Fispes, Fisdir, Fidal Marche and Cip.
Rosafio won his fourth gold: “It was tough but in the end this year’s training was useful. I also improved the time by taking home a good 8.87 on the sixty flat meters ”. Obviously, the competition complied with the anticovid rules with great safety measures: “There was great attention to safety. We have not been able to give awards or photos, nor have we been given the medal that will arrive home “.
A novelty that has not affected the enthusiasm of the Saronnese: “I dedicate my victory to my wife Roberta and my family”.
