During this week, as part of the territorial control services and the “National and Transnational Action Plan – Focus’ ndrangheta“The following results were achieved:

- no. 02 persons reported to the Administrative Authority, as users of narcotic substances;
- identified no. 838 people;
- subsidiaries no. 259 vehicles (also with Mercury system);
- numerous checkpoints carried out;
- elevate nr. 17 penalties for violations of the Highway Code;
- made nr.07 administrative and / or criminal detentions / seizures;
- elevate nr. 07 administrative disputes regarding the containment of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 19 of 25.03.2020);
- carried out no. 19 searches;
- no. 02 people accompanied to the Office for identification;
- made nr. 02 administrative controls and, at the same time, high nr. 01 administrative and / or criminal sanctions.
On the afternoon of January 16th, personnel of the Flying Squad, in via G. di Vittorio, found and seized, against unknown persons, gr. 9,86 drug of the type “marijuana”.
On January 17, personnel of the Flying Squad referred to the Judicial Authority, pursuant toart. 4 L. 110/75, per “carrying weapons or objects capable of offending”, P. G., Crotone, born in 1966. The aforementioned, subjected to a personal search, was found in possession of no. 1 kitchen knife with a total length of 19 cm and whose blade had a length of 8 cm, appropriately seized.
On the evening of January 17, personnel of the Flying Squad reported to the Administrative Authority, pursuant toart.75 D.P.R. 309/90, M. L., Crotone, born in 1980, as a drug user. In this case, the man was found in possession of 0.75 grams of “cocaine“, Appropriately seized. Furthermore, it was sanctioned ex DL n. 19 of 25.03.2020 for violation of current legislation on prevention in contrast with Covid-19.
On the evening of 18 us, staff of the Flying Squad reported to the AG EL, born in Crotone in 1994, for the crime of detention for the purpose of drug dealing. The same was surprised while giving 5.30 grams of narcotic substance like marijuana to C. D., born in Crotone in 1992. The latter was reported to Mr. Prefect as a drug addict.
On the afternoon of Tuesday, January 19, in via Magna Grecia, personnel of the Flying Squad found and duly confiscated against unknown persons, gr. 1,01 drug of the type “marijuana”.
On Wednesday, January 20, staff of the PASI Division – Administrative Team, together with staff from the Crime Prevention Department of Cosenza and technical inspectors employed by the company “Enel E – Distribuzione”, in compliance with the “Focus’ ndrangheta” services, carried out an administrative check pursuant to art. 13 L. 689/81 towards a commercial activity of retail sale of fish products. At the time of the inspection access, the presence of the operator of the business, husband of the owner, was obtained, S. R. Crotone born in 1974. At the start of business the aforementioned, at the request of the operators to indicate where the electricity meter was located, in an evident state of agitation, tried to divert the attention of the staff, and then suddenly opened an aluminum door located on the opposite side, inside which the electricity meter was actually installed, removing an object from the top of the same, which turned out to be a magnet, through which, as ascertained by the aforementioned Enel technician, it was fraudulently stolen electric energy. Magnet that caused a decrease in consumption reading compared to the actual ones by about 90%.
Therefore, the police officers arrested in the act of crime SR for the crimes referred to in Articles 624 and 625 of the Criminal Code (aggravated theft of electricity), as conductor of the commercial activity, referred his wife SM to the competent judicial authority for the offenses referred to in Articles 624 and 625 of the Criminal Code (aggravated theft of electricity), as owner of the public operation as well as holder of the electricity supply contract and subjected the aforementioned magnet to criminal seizure.
Following the further administrative investigations carried out at these offices, it emerged that SM legally held common firearms and ammunition at his home and the requirement of good conduct and reliability having failed in the aforementioned, proceeded to the contextual precautionary withdrawal of what is detained, specifically:
– no. 1 semiautomatic pistol brand “Ruby” cal. 6.35;
– no. 1 semiautomatic pistol brand “Beretta” mod. 98 / FS cal. 9×21 including spare magazine;
– no. 22 9×21 caliber cartridges;
– rifle port license for skeet shooting issued on 20.05.2016.
In the night between 20 and 21 January last, personnel of the Flying Squad reported to the Prefect B. S., born in Savona in 1973, as a drug user (Article 75 of Presidential Decree 309/90). Upon completion of a check, the same was found in possession of gr. 0,85 drug of the type “cocaine”.
On Thursday 21 January 2021, personnel of the Flying Squad intervened in this city center, where a dispute between two immigrants had been reported. Once on site, the operators identified and subsequently referred to the competent AG S. B. born in Pakistan class of 1982. The man, at the sight of the agents, refused to provide his personal details, opposing resistance.
On the evening of Friday 22 January, personnel of the Flying Squad deferred to the competent AG in a state of freedom for the violation of the Expulsion Order issued by the Police Chief of Avellino, B. N. born in Ukraine in 1968.
During the night, staff of the Flying Squad, in via Caloiro, found and seized two casings containing drugs of the type “marijuana“Of the total weight of gr. 1,79 and a wrapper containing narcotic substance of the type “hashish“Weighing gr. 0,44.
