Chihuahua, Chih.- Eight students from the School of Accounting and Administration obtained the Excellence in Sports Award “Teporaca 2020”, awarded by the Association of Sports Chroniclers “Pancho Cano”, AC, and the City of Chihuahua, through the Institute Municipal of Physical Culture and Sports (IMCFyD).
Both institutions defined the 32 best athletes in the city of Chihuahua, winners and in this edition the winners, students of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration, were: Iveth Alejandra García Morales, in the discipline of Chess; David Valentín Balderrama Andrade, in Soccer Soccer; Carlos Eduardo Franco Luján, in Judo; and Ricardo Váldez Bustamante, Basketball.
The list of winners was completed by Alejandro Pineda Rodríguez, in Baseball; Luis Felipe Zuverza, in Hockey on Line; Rodrigo Montoya Solís, in Racquetball; and Gustavo Gutiérrez Padilla, in Table Tennis.
The director of the Faculty, MF Luis Raúl Sánchez Acosta, sent a congratulation to the outstanding university athletes, inviting them to a face-to-face meeting, respecting the healthy distance, to recognize their achievements in this important award of excellence.
