Lauren Smith is our guest on this episode of The Badminton Podcast. She needs no formal introduction as she is very well known all over the world.
She is an 2016 Olympian, was the European Champion in 2019, and at time of recording, is ranked number 9 in the world in mixed doubles. She has also won 5 x Commonwealth Games Medals – 3 silver and 2 bronze, and has 9 English National Titles to her name.
