Spanish Senior Championship
CB Xàtiva continues with the official competitions and next weekend senior category athletes Carlos Martínez, Santiago Villanueva, José Luis Llopis and Mª José Mompó will contest the Senior Spanish Championship for the 2019-2020 season. The national event is held from December 4 to 6 in the Murcian town of Las Torres de Cotillas. Carlos will compete in the three rounds of the championship (individual, men’s doubles and mixed doubles) of the SV + category; Santiago will do it in category D men’s singles and doubles; José Luis in category C1, with the men’s singles and doubles events; while Mª José will compete in categories A2 and B1, in the women’s doubles and mixed doubles events.
On the other hand, Xàtiva hosts this Saturday, the 5th, the first day of the XXXIX School Jocs in the alevín category (sub-13), in which the Setabense club will participate with several athletes.
