Four leaves for Pauline Roussin-Bouchard, a bogey and a par for Perrine Delacour, this is what Sunday comes down to for the two French women competing in the 75th U.S. Women’s Open. Early in the morning, the Blues were quickly called back to the clubhouse, the rain struggling to be absorbed by the Cypress Creek Course. Provisionally tied for 25th place at +4, Pauline and Perrine will return to Champions Golf Club, like all the other competitors, from 8 am local this Monday to complete the last round (3 pm in France). Eighteen players who have not yet started, it’s still the Japanese Hinako Shibuno which leads to -4 total, one stroke in front of the American Amy Olson.
