Real Madrid won the UEFA Champions League game with a 2-0 win over Monchengaldbach’s Borussia on Wednesday, giving the Royal Club first place in the group.
Both goals were scored by Karim Benzema, who used the centers of Lucas Vasks and Rodrigi in the penalty area.
The group’s second match in Milan between Inter and Donetsk’s Shakhtar ended in a draw of 0: 0, allowing Real and Borussia to advance to the finals of the tournament.
In the Group B table, Real finished with eight points, Borussia and Shakhtar with seven points and Inter with six points.
