We publish his chronicle of the day.

“In order to continue one more year in the category, it was important to start the championship in the best possible way. The day started against the Ibiza Badminton Club. Estella’s men started the duel perfectly, winning all three doubles matches, in the absence of the fourth point to win the confrontation, in one of the four individual matches that remained to be played. Despite playing very good individual matches (three of the four resolved in the third set), the victory could not be achieved in any of them, losing the match 4-3. On Saturday afternoon it was the turn of the match against CB Caser Clear Madrid. It started in the same way as in the morning session, Estella’s men winning all three doubles matches. But the story lived in the morning was repeated again for the CBE in the afternoon, and the four individual matches fell on the side of the Madrid team, despite the Estella team touching victory in one of the women’s singles disputed, which it was resolved in the third set, with the Estella Badminton Club conceding their second defeat of the day by 4-3. The last match of the weekend was already being played on Sunday against the Paracuellos Badminton Club. In a more even confrontation as far as the score is concerned, from the beginning, and although Estella’s team remained ahead on the scoreboard at all times until 3-3, the last match of the confrontation escaped again, reaping the third straight 4-3 loss of the weekend. With these results obtained by those of the city of Ega, the Estella Badminton Club is placed thirteenth in the classification, occupying the first of the four relegation positions in the category. Despite the bad taste in the mouth due to the results achieved, a great job has been done and, although luck has not accompanied at specific moments, the final result could have been different in any of the three matches … We will have to wait for the next day, which will be held on January 30 and 31 in Estella, to go up in the classification, taking advantage of it is played at home ”.
