In category “A” the champion was Jesús González, from Deportivo San Isidro and trained by professional Mario de León, who beat Ximena Cano in the final, who is trained by professor Eduardo Vélez, by partials of 6-1 and 6-3.
Ximena Cano came to the championship duel after beating Noé Méndez in the semifinal in a match that lasted 3 hours and 05 minutes and was held on the same day as the final at the proposal of the same tennis player, despite the fact that her rival in the title match He had already defeated her in the group stage 6-0 and 6-0.
In Category “B” the undefeated champion was Alejandro Wise, who beat Roel González in the Final, 6-2 and 6-2
The “C” division is pending its final, to which Mar Duarte is already classified, just waiting for the winner of the duel between Victoria González and Sofía Baltazar.
The champions were awarded by the professional Jorge Vélez Solís with a trophy and a turkey between 8 and 9 kilos, while the finalists received a trophy.
Vélez Solís explained that the tournament complied with all the regulations required and suggested by the Municipality, in addition to taking extra measures on our behalf to guarantee the health of the participants, in addition to the fact that most of the participants were from Deportivo Las Delicias itself.
