Thanks to two goals by Robert Lewandowski, Bayern turned the duel with Wolfsburg and won 2: 1, Leipzig won 1: 0 on the field of Hoffenheim, which was missing due to an injury to the calf of the Czech defender Pavel Kadeřábek.
The 24-year-old Schick made his mark for the third time this year in the 54th minute, building on the goals of Mitchell Weiser and Moussa Diaby from the opening ten-minute match. Florian Wirtz closed the score in 59 minutes.
