Police investigation after smashed window at Monica Geuze | Entertainment

She previously shared photos of her stay in a luxury hotel in her Instagram Stories. Apparently this was reason enough for vandals to be able to do their thing at home: a window appears to have been smashed. “Incomprehensible that a staycation at 15 km away is no longer possible … That in your own house where you should feel safe and where your child lives, things like this have to happen, makes me sick, angry and sad !! Disgusting.”

Monica’s manager tells De Telegraaf that no one was at home when it happened. He cannot indicate whether it remained vandalism or whether it was a burglary. “In connection with the ongoing police investigation, we cannot comment on the matter further.”

He does confirm that no one was home at the time it took place. “We regret that this has happened. Due to the adjusted travel advice from Curacao, Monica chose to cancel her vacation to Curacao from last Wednesday. Because of this, Monica and her boyfriend had booked a night in a hotel in Amsterdam, which meant that she, and (luckily) her daughter Zara-Lizzy too, were not at home when it happened. ”

Earlier she wrote on her Insta Stories that she was disappointed that she had to cancel her vacation to Curaçao last minute, but that she consciously chose to spend it in the Netherlands in the end. She was offered an overnight stay at the Conservatorium Hotel and there she let herself be pampered, as evidenced by the images she made of it. When she returned home, a nasty setback awaited her.
