Paolo Rossi, world champion with the Italian national team, passed away

On the night of this Wednesday it was confirmed the unfortunate death of former Italian footballer Paolo Rossi, who was a figure of the Italian team in the 1982 World Cup in Spain, raising the title and becoming the most important player of the tournament. His death was confirmed by various media in his country and he had 64 years of life.

Known as the Golden ‘Bambino’, Paolo Rossi played in Calcio, Vicenza and Peruggia; besides Juventus and AC Milan where he had his best years; ending his career with the Hellas Verona colors. Cn the selection of his country participated in the world-wide ones of 1978 (fourth place), 1982 (champion) and 1986 (quarterfinals).
