Released early in the game against the Bears, we knew Corey Linsley hit the knee. The player will be unavailable for a while. According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, the Packers have placed their center on the injured list, which means he will miss at least the next three games. His absence could even go up to six weeks. He could therefore only be back for the playoffs.
Since the start of the season, Linsley has played at a very high level, notably ranked center No. 1 by Pro Football Focus. In his absence it is Elgton Jenkins, usually left guard, who will slip to the center to pass the ball to Aaron Rodgers.
