L’Orléans Loiret Basket announces this Friday the signing of pivot Fernando Raposo as a medical freelance writer for a month. With the absences of Chima Monéké and Luke Fischer, he will therefore replace Landing Sané and Gary Florimont.

Already a OLB player

Fernando Raposo is well known at the Palais des Sport d’Orléans since he was OLB player between 2012 and 2015 where he wore the Orleans jersey 100 times.

Nearly 300 meetings in Jeep Elite

Trained in Pau Orthez, the 31-year-old Frenchman went to Boulogne sur Mer, in Pro B, where it was directed by Germain Castano for two seasons. After the OLB, the pivot went through Nanterre, Gravelines and Antibes and totaled 252 meetings in Jeep Elite.

“Last season Nando had a good season with Antibes in ProB with 7.8 points, 7.3 rebound for 11.5 evaluation in 21.4 minutes of play”, says the press release from Orléans Loiret Basket. Fernando Raposo should be present, subject to qualification, on the floor of the Sports Palace for the Coupe de France match this Tuesday evening against Boulazac and 16th the final.
