NBA at War: Trae Young ridiculed Ja Morant with a terrible gesture in Hawks vs. Grizzlies

LeBron James is the current King of the NBA and there is no doubt about that. However, the real discussion is who will take the crown once the Los Angeles Lakers player retires, an element that several players want to take in the future and that already show signs of wanting to do so.

Ja Morant, last rookie of the year, and Trae Young are two of the best draft appearances in recent years. The Memphis Grizzlies and Atlanta Hawks guards go all out in the NBA, showing they are competing for more than just the championship with their respective teams. Of course, they both want to be the best in their position.

Young and Morant met on Saturday night, where Atlanta’s franchise prevailed with a good 122-112. The team duel was won by the Hawks and the individual match by Trae himself, since in addition to being the protagonist of a great play, the same base demonstrated it with a superior gesture.

Trae Young ridiculed Ja Morant

The player of Atlanta Hawks eluded the Memphis Grizzlies and escaped to two single points, although the note was given after converting. Trae Young retired to the substitute bench with a clear gesture of ‘It’s too small’, wanting to take advantage of his rival on duty and, apparently, the rest of his career.

The points duel was also won by Atlanta. Young finished the night with 36 points, 9 assists and 3 rebounds, while Morant was slightly behind with 28 points, 7 rebounds and 3 passes-goals. Undoubtedly, there will be more chapters of a war that has just begun.
