A complicated year

Arteta discusses his situation
The Gunners coach then clarified: “I know and realized how difficult our job is under normal conditions. But Arteta can count on its leaders during this period. “I said from the start that I really felt supported by the owners, by the board of directors, by the technical director. And then by all those who are at the club, because at the end of the day, it’s a feeling that I have with the staff, with the players who are the most important. What chemistry do you have with them? What understanding do you have? Are they following you? Do they believe in what you are trying to do? And I always have to say thank you because I haven’t seen anything that goes against what we’re trying to do. But it’s like any business, you need results. After a big shake, you need to find stability. I know that for this we need time. We all knew, at least the people who made this decision with me, that it was not a quick fix. That it was going to take a while and that when you shake things up it can take a while ”.
