Basketball Bundesliga team BG Göttingen must continue to do without the familiar home game atmosphere in the Sparkassen-Arena. But as in the home game against Syntainics MBC, Violet fans can advance their team in both home games Christmas with ghost game tickets and a place in the so-called “Papplikum”, cardboard spectator displays – and even in a combined package.
Due to the Corona-Pandemie the BBL games against the Hamburg Towers on Sunday, December 20th, and against EWE Baskets Oldenburg on Wednesday, December 23rd, without spectators. The games against Hamburg and Oldenburg is now available in a package for the price of one lot. The tickets are available as a Print @ Home version in the online ticket shop at bggoettingen.de.
As before, fans can book the package tickets in five different categories: training player (10 euros), starting five (15 euros), top scorer (25 euros), MVP (50 euros) and legend (100 euros). The buyer’s name and category will appear on the tickets.
Fans who already have a cardboard stand for the game against Weissenfels you don’t need to book it again, you just need the ticket. The BG sets up the figure for the games Hamburg and Oldenburg then up again. Followers who have not yet ordered a cardboard cutout can do so when booking their ticket. The stand costs ten euros once.
For the cardboard figures, a portrait photo of the ticket buyer is required in front of a neutral background – preferably in a fan outfit, of course. A recording with the cell phone is sufficient. It is important that only one person can be seen in the photo.
The photo will then be emailed to [email protected], stating the name and the ticket code. So that the displays can be produced on time, the photo should be emailed to the BG office by Wednesday, December 16. The cardboard figures are signed by the team at the end of the season and can then be picked up by the owner at the BG office.
