KOMPAS.com – There has been no significant shift in the Premier League standings in Week 13 so far.

Because, there have only been two games played, namely, Wolverhampton Wandereres vs Chelsea and Manchester City vs West Bromwich Albion.

The two matches did not end sweetly, either for Chelsea or Man City.

The Blues must be defeated 1-2 from Wolves at the Molineux Stadium, Tuesday (15/12/2020) or Wednesday morning WIB.

Chelsea took the lead in the 49th minute through a goal from their aging striker, Olivier Giroud.

However, goals from Daniel Podence (66 ‘) and Pedro Neto (90 + 5’), ensured Frank Lampard’s men returned empty-handed.

However, the fate of Pep Guardiola’s fleet was not as bad as Chelsea’s. Man City was held 1-1 by his guest, West Bromwich Albion, at the Etihad Stadium.

The Citizens opened the scoring in the 30th minute through Ilkay Guendongan’s kick.

Man City finally had to settle for a point after West Brom equalized through Ruben Dias ‘own goal (43’).

Meanwhile, the top two positions in the Premier League standings are still controlled by Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.

Tottenham occupy the throne with a collection of 25 points, equal to Liverpool in second place, but they are superior on goal difference.
