Losing his brothers was “very, very difficult,” he says. “We were always together, you see. It was very tough. ” People thought he had a breakdown after Robin’s death in 2012. “I actually didn’t. I just didn’t know what to do, where to go. I didn’t know what to think about all the opinions of others. Actually, I’ve been in a lockdown for years, ”he says.

Actually, How Can You Mend A Broken Heart was due to be released at the Telluride Film Festival in September. Filmmaker Frank Marshall promises with the film to give an “intimate glimpse” into the lives of the brothers Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb. “Like so many people, I have loved the music of the Bee Gees all my life,” Marshall told Deadline, “But it has been an amazing two-year journey where we discovered their creativity and the wealth of music, their humor and loyalty. . ”
