Anthony Davis got many fans reacting on Friday by cutting his toenails on the bench during the preseason game between his Los Angeles Lakers and the Suns in Phoenix.
Several viewers have indeed shared images of this gesture, which occurred in the second quarter, through social media.
The technique seems to have paid off, however, as Davis was the team’s most used player with 30:41 on the playing court. His 35 points were also a high for both teams. The Lakers won 114-113.
Davis accepted a five-year, $ 190 million contract with the California-based organization on December 3. Davis was in his first season with the team in 2019-20 after playing the first seven campaigns of his career with the New Orleans Pelicans.
