Finally ! The NBA season resumes its rights this Tuesday evening, and to celebrate the occasion, 2K unveiled the results of an entire simulation of the 2020-2021 campaign on the famous video game. So, are these predictions consistent?
The NBA is back. The long-awaited sentence can be spoken, even if the 2 absent from this first evening come to tarnish the party. Anyway, the orange ball will punctuate our nights for the next 7 months, and it is more time than ever for predictions.
Amid each other’s predictions, 2K broke new ground by choosing to simulate the entire season on its famous video game, NBA 2k21. All this is obviously not indicative of the future course of events, but curiosity always pushes to take a look at the results.
So who will be champion? The answer to this question and to many others (MVP, MVP of the Finals, DPOY, ROTY, 6th man …), it is below that it happens, in the tweet of 2K:

Lakers fans can sleep soundly: as announced by many observers, the back-to-back is emphasized, and it would only be a formality here with a 4-1 victory over the Bucks. LeBron James would again be MVP of the Finals.
For the rest, LaMelo Ball would respond to the hype, while Luka Doncic would confirm it in a spectacular way. Spencer Dinwiddie would collect the title of best player off the bench, although the latter recalled that he saw himself starting in real life. Finally, Giannis Antetokounmpo could console himself for his failure in the Finals with the DPOY.
