Zeballos and Granollers defeated Peers and Venus in their debut at the ATP Finals in London

The best possible debut: Horacio Zeballos and Marcel Granollers they won at the start of the ATP London Finals. The Argentine and the Spanish beat Bob Bryan in the Group John Peers, from Australia, and Michael Venus, from New Zealand, 7-6 (2), 7-5.

Without a doubt, Zeballos’ absolute debut could not have been more positive on the hard surface and indoors at London’s O2 Arena. Thus, he officially became the fifth Argentine to contest the final ATP Masters in the doubles specialty.

With this victory, Zeballos is the first from his country to win a match in the ATP Finals in 17 years, since they got it, forming a duo, their compatriots Gastón Etlis and Martín Rodríguez in 2003, in Houston.

Zeballos, 35, takes one to Granollers and they both enjoyed the presentation, since they allowed themselves a plus, since they won without losing a set, an aspect that can be key when defining area.
