Lloyd Williams, the Cardiff Blues scrum half, will make his first start in Wales in four years. And flanker James Botham – grandson of English cricket star Sir Ian Botham – keeps his seat in the back row, missing Justin Tipuric and Josh Navidi.

Tipuric suffered a head blow while defeating Georgia last weekend and Navidi remains unavailable as he continues to recover from a concussion.

Williams, who has won 30 caps, is partner of Dan Biggar in half-back. Botham is moving from blindside to open-side flanker after a promising test debut in the game in Georgia.

Cardiff-born Botham is supported in the back row by Shane Lewis-Hughes and Taulupe Faletau. With midfielder Jonathan Davies out with a knee injury, Nick Tompkins and Johnny Williams forge the Wales midfield combo again.

Scarlets Center Williams qualifies for Wales through his father, who is from Rhyl. Williams represented England and scored a try in a capless game against the Barbarians last year.

Gloucester 19-year-old winger Louis Rees-Zammit wins a third test cap, Ryan Elias returns to Hooker and captain Alun Wyn Jones is backed by Jake Ball in the second row, but full-back Liam Williams is out.
