Top NFL Teams of 2020 – Week 10 • First and Ten

Week 9 brought some surprises, and this had an effect on our list of the best teams in the NFL heading into week 10.

1. Pittsburgh Steelers

Record: 8-0

Previous position: 1 (=)

If we are going to look for something positive in their victory this week, we will say that they managed to escape a huge cheat game. But it is impossible to deny that this meeting left enough doubts about the true power of the Steelers.

2. Kansas City Chiefs

Record: 8-1

Previous position: 2 (=)

The Chiefs, like the Steelers, suffered to win a game that in theory they had won before they started. Now it will be their turn to rest as they plan their revenge against the Raiders.

3. New Orleans Saints

Record: 6-2

Previous position: 6 (+3)

This week there were many winners within the NFL, but none quite like the Saints. Not only did they deliver an authority blow against their closest rival in NFC South, they sent a message to the entire league: They are not a finished team.

4. Baltimore Ravens

Record: 6-2

Previous position: 7 (+3)

The great news is that this team has already found a way to come back, and that’s a big deal for them, as they hadn’t managed to come back from a halftime deficit in the Lamar Jackson era.

5. Tennessee Titans

Record: 6-2

Previous position: 5 (=)

This team is supposed to be on a mission to win the AFC South. In order to prove that this premise is true, they need to perform well against their rivals for the next three weeks, which are the Colts twice and the Ravens.

6. Buffalo Bills

Record: 7-2

Previous position: 10 (+4)

The doubts they had left in recent weeks disappeared a bit after his performance against the Seahawks. Maybe, and it’s just a maybe, they are a real contender within the AFC.

7. Green Bay Packers

Record: 6-2

Previous position: 8 (+1)

Are the Packers the second best team in the NFC? It’s hard to tell, but for now they command more respect than the vast majority of teams in this conference.

8. Seattle Seahawks

Record: 6-2

Previous position: 3 (-5)

OK, they did really bad this week, but let’s think about something: That they are 6-2 despite their terrible secondary defense is a great sign of the tremendous work Russell Wilson is doing this season. Mind you, they no longer look like a Top 5 team.
