Tiger Woods will debut with his son in a tag team tournament

The American Tiger Woods will team up with your child Charlie, 11 years old, in a golf tournament, the PNC Championship, played by professional players with a member of his family.

“I can’t tell you how excited I am to play Charlie in our first official tournament together,” he said. Woods, winner of 15 Grand Slam titles. “It was great to see him progress as a junior golfer and it will be amazing to play as a team together.”

The tournament will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida from December 19-20.

In this tournament, organized behind closed doors and televised on by NBC, 20 players who have a Major in their record are paired with a member of their family. The current champions are the German veteran Bernhard Langer and his son Jason, who will defend the title they won last year.

The American Justin thomas, third in the world, will debut with his father, Mike. The Swedish Annika Sorenstam, star of the women’s LPGA circuit, will also play alongside her father and, among other great champions, will also compete the Australian Greg Norman, the Fijian Vijay Singh or the american John Daly.
