The delegate of tennis for Baja California AC, Jos Adn Chairez Nava, clarified that sport is a right, in accordance with Article 4 of the Constitution. He stressed that sport should not be charged or ask for such high cooperation, since it is up to the State to promote, encourage and stimulate sport, something that is done halfway and now it seeks to affect Mexican citizens with scarce or limited resources.

Last afternoon of November 13, the draft Bill of Income of the Municipality of Ensenada was approved, for fiscal year 2021. Said approval was carried out with the majority of the councilors, including Ral Vera, who chairs the H. Sports Commission of the XXIII City Council of Ensenada. Since the approval was announced in the municipal council, Chaidez Nava made a call for help to the sporting citizens and promoters so that together the invitation to the members of the council, the attorney general, the municipal president, and the director of Inmudere to analyze, review and make the necessary modification in said law, in favor of the athlete. Well, by paying from 10 to 20 pesos per hour, it affects the citizen who comes from day to day to carry out his physical activity. Likewise, review the issue of floor fees that is intended to apply to the work of coaches with sports experience who promote, encourage, carry out and even support their activity with their own resources in order to offer parents and young people a practice sports that provide teaching, sports training and physical and mental development.

THERE ARE WHO PROFIT AND THOSE DO NOT
Adn Chairez said he agrees that there are people who do business with sports in all its areas, they know who they are, each administration knows about the case and knows them, and I agree that they have to pay, what’s more, I’m sure What are they going to contribute, he exclaimed. Regarding the promoters who receive some kind of help for buses, food or even promote the culture of savings to be able to carry out local or foreign sports participation of their students, they are the ones who have supported, maintained and cared for the facilities and spaces that they They use themselves to train.

He emphasized that in particular, the Tennis Association has repaired the area and maintained the space used, in addition they contribute to Inmudere and the city council, and like them there are other promoters that even doing this, with the approval of the Income Law They will be affected and mainly those who practice the sport within the sports units which provide security to do so.

IT IS STATED IN WRITING
During this week, the Delegate of tennis for Baja California AC has visited several offices in which he has written his position on this situation. First, it was before the Ensenada Council, later in Tijuana, before the INDE, it notified the situation of social impact of alert that exists with the initiative on the Immudere issue. Finally, I traveled to Mexicali and visited the H. Congress of the State of Baja California (Legislative Branch), the State Government (Executive Branch), and the State Commission for Human Rights of BC In fact, on the official page of parts of the XXIII State Legislature, your request appears with the following information: Document 2020/192 received on 11/23/2020, Subject: Notification of alert, repeal charges and non-approval of the Income Law.

Adn Chairez advises all those who voted in favor of said income law, that first they have a correct knowledge and interpretation in legal matters, knowledge of the real situation that invades around the sports centers and that they really visit and know the city where they live and their rural areas that are also being affected. Finally, he issued this message: If you do not have the possibility of complying as a government with the objectives and expectations set by the law and regulations, then go, talk and work together with citizen and private participation before thinking about collecting It must be taken into account that because of the pandemic people do not have work, the economic crisis is very bad and sport in general is not working as it should. To this we add the elimination of support items recently announced at the national level. Charging will paralyze sports activity, and cause an unsafe environment for those who practice it, as they will be forced to go to the vacant lots, endangering their physical integrity and health.
