President UFC Dana White provide information that becomes a sign Khabib Nurmagomedov going back from retirement.
UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is currently retiring after defeating Justin Gaethje at UFC 254, 24 October.
After the decision, many doubted The Eagle really left the UFC and MMA as the world that made its name.
However, recently UFC boss Dana White gave a signal that could make Khabib fight again.
“He is a champion, and we will give him time to understand what he wants,” Dana White was quoted as saying Championat.
“I have a good feeling that he will return. Khabib said he would discuss it with his mother,” added Dana White.
Khabib retired from the UFC because he promised his mother Patimat Nurmagomedova that the duel against Justin Gaethje was the last fight.
The passing of his father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, in early July was a supporting factor for Khabib to put gloves on the canvas.
The 32-year-old retired from the UFC and MMA with a record 29 wins in 29 fights, with 13 of them at the UFC. In addition, Khabib also won in four consecutive championship titles.
