According to Leonard Tupamahu, the South Korean coach understands the character of Asian players.
“I like (Shin Tae-yong coaches the national team), because indeed, I think because he (Shin Tae-yong) is Asian,” said the 37-year-old player.
“So, I think he (Shin Tae-yong) is suitable to train Asian people as well because he knows more about Asian characters like how,” said Leonard Tupamahu to BolaSport.com.

Furthermore, the man who already has a C coaching license advised the Indonesian U-16 and U-19 national team players to be wise in using social media.
Social media can influence the focus of young players on development.
“I still advise not to eat too much on social media,” said the former Persija Jakarta player.

“And also don’t play social media too (too much),” said Leonard Tupamahu.
Meanwhile, the preparations are being made by the Garuda Muda squad to welcome two prestigious events in 2021.
