NFL: Seahawks extend Pete Carroll’s contract

At the helm of the Seahawks since 2010, Pete Carroll has just signed a contract extension with the Seattle franchise binding him to the club until 2025 according to the American media ESPN. Pete Carroll, who turned 69 in September, is the league’s oldest coach.

In 11 seasons with Seattle, the one who also led the New York Jets and New England Patriots in the NFL in the 1990s, won 106 games for 60 losses. He also led the Washington State team to the supreme title by winning the 2013 Super Bowl. The following year, Pete Carroll and the Seahawks failed in the final.
