National Team Against His Players, Bhayangkara FC Says This

Jakarta

The news that Serdy Ephy Fano’s elimination from the U-19 Indonesia National Team disappointed Bhayangkara FC. This is the second time a player from North Maluku has been eliminated.

Serdy returned to disciplinary action. Assistant Coach of the U-19 National Team Nova Arianto said the player was late for training on Monday (23/11/2020) morning and returned to the hotel at 03.00 am WIB.

COO Bhayangkara Sumardji deeply regrets that the same thing is happening again. Again Serdy failed to represent Bhayangkara well in the U-19 national team.

“Personally, I am very disappointed to hear the news. Especially because of disciplinary issues. Because Bhayangkara FC always prioritizes discipline for its players,” Sumardji told reporters.

Although disappointed, Sumardji did not question the sanctions imposed by the U-19 national team coach on his players. Moreover, this is not the first time Serdy has taken disciplinary action.

The U-19 national team coach does prioritize discipline for his players. Who is not disciplined, he will not hesitate to write off.

Serdy also came late for Garuda Muda’s last training day on the day of his departure for Croatia, last August. He and his roommate, Ahmad Afrizal, were also dropped and did not go to Croatia.

This time Serdy repeated the same mistake, even more severe. Serdy was not alone again because Mochamad Yudha Febrian was also dropped for the same reason.

“Discipline is the key as a football player. If indeed from the start it is not disciplined it will have an impact on the player’s football career in the future,” said Sumardji.
