Szoboszlai’s agent is making an exit claim
Reported Liverpool target agent Dominik Szoboszlai has admitted that the Red Bull Salzburg star could be on the move in the near future while speaking to Digi Sport.
The 20-year-old, who was impressed in Red Bull Salzburg’s last Champions League game against Bayern Munich, scored an impressive final attempt at Iceland’s expense last week to secure Hungary’s place at Euro 2020.
The Reds are one of several sides that are said to be interested in his services. The playmaker reportedly has a £ 23m release clause in his contract.
And his agent has admitted that they are considering moving for his client.
“Of course it’s no secret that Dominik is now closer to leaving the Austrian league,” said Agent Matyas Esterhazy.
“We see that every time he has a good game, which luckily happens quite often, the rumors get stronger.
“Whether in January or next summer, the most important thing is that he joins a club where he has a good chance of playing regularly and continuing the learning curve that he started in Salzburg – that is the most important thing for us.”
